Enjoy ultimate relaxation at Hotel Alpenhof Kristall in Mayrhofen in our well-appointed 160 m² sauna complex (textile-free).
The spa area offers the following features:
- Finnish sauna in Tyrolean style - stimulates the circulation and encourages the body's own natural defences.
- Aromatherapy steam room - increases wellbeing, raises the metabolism and detoxifies the entire body.
- Health and fitness infrared cabin with coloured-light and sunlight therapy: does you good - fivefold!
- Various massages and full body massage by appointment
- Heated bench, for the occasional short chat
- Power showers, drinking fountain with revitalised Johann Granda water (Grandawasser)
